We build our boats with marine mahogany plywood, ( meranti or okume), and chines, braces and trim from select cypress. We use a waterproof polyurethane and epoxy resin for our adhesives and coated screws for reinforcement. We also fiberglass and epoxy the outside seams of the hull for increased toughness.
This construction method allows us to build strong yet lightwieght boats.
